With the advancement of biotechnology, the use of chick embryo fibroblasts for rabies vaccine production has become one of the mainstream process routes. This process imposes extremely high requirements on formulation systems, environmental control, and sterility assurance during production—any minor deviation may compromise the safety and efficacy of the vaccine.
