Purified Water System:Drinking water is processed via distillation, ion exchange, reverse osmosis, or other suitable methods to produce purified water for pharmaceutical use that complies with the *Chinese Pharmacopoeia*. Traditional core processes include multi-media filtration, activated carbon adsorption, softening resin for hardness removal, two-stage reverse osmosis membrane separation, and electrodeionization (EDI) modules; additional modern technologies include ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, and medium-pressure ultraviolet (UV) lamps.
Purified water distribution system:Water produced by the purified water generator enters a storage tank, from which a sanitary centrifugal pump distributes the water to various points of use in the workshop and returns it to the tank. The system is also equipped with disinfection components—such as heat exchangers, ozone generators, and UV lamps—and monitors parameters including supply and return pressure, flow rate, conductivity, and temperature.
