Today, the "5th Peptide Industry Innovation and Development Forum," hosted by E-Pharmacy Academy and strategically supported by Yaodu Jingwei, concluded successfully at the Hilton Suzhou Wuzhong! With the theme "Peptides Have Great Potential, Create the Future," the conference brought together over 1,200 industry experts and enterprise representatives to engage in in-depth exchanges on hot areas such as peptide weight-loss drugs, inhaled peptide preparations, and oral peptides, jointly exploring new opportunities for industrial development.

He pointed out that the essence of industrialization pain points lies in the uncontrollable and non-reproducible nature of the fermentation microenvironment, and that traditional methods of geometric similarity and P/V (power per unit volume) scaling have obvious limitations. The core of fermentation process control lies in achieving microenvironmental similarity, and the performance evaluation system established on this basis is quantifiable, verifiable, and implementable. This system can precisely address three major challenges: unlocking equipment potential, ensuring consistency between parallel tanks, and enabling process linkage across different tank types and manufacturers.
Leveraging microenvironmental control technology, JV Bio offers both standard and customized fermentation tank product series, along with full-process compliant delivery, providing core equipment support for the stable scale-up and large-scale production of GLP-1 processes.
