From October 16 to 18, the 67th National Pharmaceutical Machinery Expo officially came to a close at the Qingdao World Expo City.
Jiangsu JV Bio-Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "JV Bio") made a major appearance with four core segments—"Stainless Steel Bioreactors, Formulation Systems, Sterile Thin-Film Evaporators, and One-Stop Upstream Process Solutions"—comprehensively showcasing the company's solid strength in the biopharmaceutical upstream process field. In-depth exchanges were held with industry peers on topics such as process reliability, production efficiency, and the future of the industry, with lively on-site interactions and fruitful results.
At this exhibition, we presented not only products, but also a deep understanding and systematic interpretation of upstream processes.
01 Stainless Steel Bioreactors
The stainless steel bioreactor system supports full-scale applications from laboratory to industrial level. Through CFD simulation, the agitation scheme is validated and optimized, ensuring efficient mixing in multi-phase systems including gas-liquid, liquid-liquid, and solid-liquid. The agitation system combines low shear with high mixing intensity, supports multi-gas sparging and precise temperature control, and integrates online monitoring technologies to effectively enhance cell density and product expression.
02 Formulation Systems
Tailored to customer process requirements, we custom-develop fluid pharmaceutical tank and piping systems that can be seamlessly integrated with various third-party equipment such as bioreactors, centrifuges, ultrafiltration systems, chromatography systems, online formulation systems, and homogenizers. We provide turnkey one-stop solutions from design and manufacturing to testing and validation, which have been successfully deployed in numerous domestic and international pharmaceutical enterprises, with proven and reliable practical experience.
03 Sterile Thin-Film Evaporators
Material enters from the top of the evaporator and, under the action of high-speed rotating blades, forms a uniform thin film on the inner wall of the cylinder (the "air knife" effect), achieving efficient evaporation and gentle concentration. The evaporated vapor is condensed and recovered, while the product is discharged from the bottom. Relying on a fully sanitary sterile and high-precision system design, this process not only significantly reduces solvent residue and evaporation temperature, but also ensures high product quality and safety through uniform heating and enhanced heat transfer. It also supports flexible system configurations to fully meet high-standard production requirements.
04 One-Stop Upstream Process Solutions
We systematically demonstrated how core unit equipment can be deeply integrated with process knowledge to provide customers with full-chain services—from process design and equipment selection to integrated commissioning—significantly shortening project cycles, reducing interface risks, and helping customers achieve an efficient leap from "blueprint" to "mass production."
At the exhibition site, our booth became a platform for industry idea exchange, with hundreds of experts engaging in multiple rounds of in-depth dialogue on cutting-edge topics such as equipment process technology and continuous manufacturing. It also became a focal point of on-site popularity—the "joint booth check-in for custom fridge magnets" and multiple lucky draw activities attracted numerous new and old friends to participate enthusiastically, with lively interactions and continuously rising responses.
