Today, the "2026 China Pharmaceutical Industry Conference & the 6th Ouryao (Suzhou) Engineering Equipment Managers Annual Conference," co-hosted by Ouryao, Medispace, and Jiangsu JV Bio-Equipment Co., Ltd. During the conference, Cheng Song, Deputy General Manager of JV Bio, was invited on stage to present trophies and certificates to the representatives of enterprises that won the "2025 Outstanding Pharmaceutical Engineering Equipment Manager" award. In his keynote address at the main forum, Huang Yu, General Manager of JV Bio, ignited the atmosphere with these words. He pointed out:
"Intelligent equipment is the core foundation for pharmaceutical industry upgrading. Only by embedding 'lean intelligent manufacturing' into independent and controllable equipment, and externalizing 'global connectivity' through the export of technical standards, can we truly solidify the foundations for drug innovation implementation, smart production proliferation, and green low-carbon transformation."
Ten thematic forums, ten leverage points—from novel antibody processes to ESG, from full-lifecycle equipment management to smart manufacturing digital transformation. General Manager Huang highlighted the key areas on the spot, drawing frequent nods and non-stop photo-taking from the audience.
Attendees joked: "This is not a speech—it's clearly an 'operational battle map' for industrial upgrading."

If the keynote address set the direction, then the sharing by You Jiali, Technical Director of JV Bio, was a veritable "game-breaking playbook."
Under the theme "Integrating the 'Quality by Design' Concept into Biopharmaceutical Tank and Piping Systems," she shared cutting-edge practices and systematic solutions. Targeting common industry pain points such as low CIP cleaning efficiency and difficult microbial control, her approach was clear and decisive: define critical process parameters through precise engineering calculations, optimize sanitary design, dead-leg control, and fluid dynamics performance based on risk assessment, and build a production system that is both efficient and robust within the design space.
In other words: "kill" the problems at the design source, rather than patching them up after they occur.
The on-site exchange was explosive in its enthusiasm. One engineer remarked candidly: "This is exactly the headache we deal with every day—finally someone has given us a workable solution."
